Refund and Return Policy
At Allure Abode Décor, we aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please review our refund and return policy carefully:
14-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items, provided they meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.
Clearance items, however, are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start the return process, please contact us at aadteam@allureabodedecor.com.
- If your return request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: If the item is not damaged and you simply wish to return it, the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Clearance Items (Final Sale)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product after your return is accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
